President and Co-Owner, Senior Project Manager
Over the course of his career, Bart Cobb has been project manager, estimator and supervisor for over $750 million worth of projects. With an exceptional attention to detail and a gift for anticipating difficulties before they arise, he continues to estimate and manage projects for the company today. Bart has developed specific processes and systems specially designed for construction companies, which has allowed ICI Construction, Inc to successfully streamline daily operations. In 2011, Spring ISD named him one of its official “Local Heroes” for his involvement in local projects as well as charitable contributions to education funds.
Bart is a firm believer that positive relationships with employees, clients and subcontractors are the foundation for a successful company. He married his high school sweetheart, Kristi, 21 years ago and together they have two children, Bailey and Kylie.
Executive Vice President and Co-Owner, Senior Project Manager
Tom Cobb, Executive Vice President started at ICI Construction, Inc in 1998. Tom became a residential real estate agent for 6 years, but then decided to join the family business along side his father, Russell Cobb, and brother, Bart Cobb. He started out as an assistant superintendent, working his way up to estimator, and project manager.
Upon his father’s passing, Tom became the Executive Vice President. He has estimated, project managed, and supervised over 500 million dollars’ worth of work. Tom offers his clients a strong, efficient, business partner that works closely with his architects, engineers, and subcontractors to provide seamless integration between all stages of the construction process resulting in a successful satisfaction, and a long list of repeat clientele relationships. Tom donates funds to each and every school he builds, in order to provide children with supplies, and any other needs the facility sees fit to benefit the children.
Tom has been married to his wife, Bobbie for 4 years. Tom has 2 children, Tyler and Brittany, and 2 step children, Josh and Brittany.
Vice President, Multi-Family/LEED AP
Steve Williams serves as Vice President of the Multi-Family Division and is responsible for overseeing a full staff of professional multifamily builders and preconstruction specialist. With nearly 40 years of experience in the industry, his knowledge of the construction process and valued relationships with subcontracting community has strengthened and grown the company by leaps and bounds. Over the last 15 years with ICI Construction, Inc, Steve has built over a hundred apartment complexes and senior living and assisted living facilities.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Texas A&M University and is accredited by the US Green Building Council as a LEED AP.
Vice President, Commercial/Interiors
Chris Graves has earned a reputation for delivering unmatched service and support to better serve our clients. With over 35 years of proven experience, Chris services ICI Construction, Inc, as Vice President of the Commercial and Interior Construction Division and is currently responsible for overseeing the company’s team of project managers and estimators, as well as providing pre-construction and technical support.
Prior to joining ICI Construction, Inc, Chris worked in the hospitality industry for 15 years. His involvement in building grand hotels throughout the U.S. and Canada further adds to the company’s leadership experience.
