WARRANTY SERVICE

ICI provides a single point of contact for all warranty issues.   We address any warranty issue pro-actively and expeditiously to insure customer satisfaction.

WARRANTY AND OPERATIONAL MANUAL

At the completion of every project, ICI prepares a Warranty and Operational Manual which includes all information the project owner may need  to pursue warranty claims, as well as detailed information and operation instructions on items included in the construction. Additionally, the Manual includes names and contact information for all key personnel involved with the project.
